For the above genre I chose to use a photo essay to explain to parents ways to help improve a child’s literacy sponsor. I feel for parents pictures are meaningful and would touch them more then reading a long essay on what and what the should not do with their children.
The other genre I chose was to write a newsletter about the importance of being a literacy sponsors. My audience I am directing this to is for parents, thats why the newsletter is more dedicated for parents. I feel as if I do not need much more to do other then possibly making it longer and more informational. There is only one genre here because I am still trying to figure out how I want to add the second one in or if I just want to make a different genre.
